I have been so busy lately with sooooo many activities going on that I haven't had time to post anything for a little while.
A week ago today, November 30th, Gwen & John Berry were baptized members of the church in the Quincy 1st Ward. I have really grown close to them during the last few months and felt a part of their conversion process along with the full time sister missionaries in that Ward. Such a great older couple. This was taken just before the services started.

One of the special young performing missionaries came through Nauvoo on his way back to Washington DC from spending time at his home in Idaho for Thanksgiving. Such a cutie! This was taken right after Rendezvous when I was coming for a Live Nativity practice! The only way I could have pants on!
The annual Nauvoo Christmas Walk was held on Friday night, December 5th. It was supposed to rain all day, but we got another Nauvoo miracle and it was good weather and so we had a lot more people than they did last year. I didn't get as many pictures as I would have liked because I was one of the angels in the choir at the Live Nativity production in the Cultural Hall (where we perform Rendezvous). We did it 5 times that night. It was a great show and a very successful evening with the Tree Lighting in the Visitors' Center and short musical program and then wagon rides, food and entertainment at the Family Living Center and then stories and music at 4 of the sites. It went until 9pm.
