I can't even begin to tell you how amazingly talented our Young Performing Missionaries and Nauvoo Brass Band members are! They have been here in Nauvoo since the end of April and I can't imagine Nauvoo without them now! But their mission ends this Sunday! Then they will get on with their life - college, missions etc. Their talents and abilities are as good as any I have seen in any professional Broadway production! And I have seen MANY theatre and stage productions! That compliment says a lot coming from "picky" me!
Before they preform in stage play "The Promise" they sing a couple of numbers  from this balcony above the Visitor's Center main floor. I just happened to be up there to get this photo one day!

One day it was pouring rain outside so they asked to come into the Scovil Bakery where I was working and sing to us! I was in the middle of a tour and I wish I could show you how packed with visitors and singers the small place was! But we all loved it!
The next few pictures are of half of the performing missionaries in an outdoor program called "Youth of Zion". The other half of the group was performing in the stage play "Just Plain Anna Amanda" in the Cultural Hall.
