The Nauvoo Bagpipe Band is a highlight of the pageant month. They perform all around town, prior to selected vignettes and also in the pageants. I got to see them perform prior to the vignette of "The Letters of Joseph and Emma" performed by some of the core cast of the pageants.

These are the two actors that played Joseph Smith Jr. and his wife Emma not only for this vignette but all during the pageant in many capacities. They are actually husband and wife and have been doing the pageant for 7 years!
